Hurray Spring is here! I hope you are looking forward to some warm weather and as usual fun Colorado events. There’s always so much to do here and that’s just one of the things I love about living in Colorado! April we have the Rockies season opener, there are a ton of FREE DAY events, so if you’ve been waiting to check out a gallery or museum April may be the time to do it!
Also Spring is a time we usually see more homes coming on the market. I certainly hope that is the case so I can find something fabulous for my buyers who are looking!! If you are looking to sell or buy, let me know and I’ll be happy to help!

Sofia

The neighborhood is complete with a cutting edge urban garden and avenue that brings the community together.
