There’s always so much to do here and that’s just one of the things I love about living in Colorado! April we have the Rockies season opener, there are a ton of FREE DAY events, so if you’ve been waiting to check out a gallery or museum April may be the time to do it!
Also Spring is a time we usually see more homes coming on the market. I certainly hope that is the case so I can find something fabulous for my buyers who are looking!! If you are looking to sell or buy, let me know and I’ll be happy to help!

About: Midtown is one of Denver’s newest and hippest neighborhoods. It’s the perfect distance from downtown to stay close to the things you love. The area is close to the Highlands, Downtown Denver, and the Berkeley neighborhood. It is vibrant with local culture and brings it’s own unique architecture and style to Denver. The neighborhood is complete with a cutting edge urban garden and avenue that brings the community together. New homes from David Weekley and Brookfield showcase contemporary design with completely re imagined architecture. There is a ‘freshness’ in Midtown that complements the older historic homes. Stay updated on construction here.
