About: The Cheesman Park neighborhood is known for it’s historic homes and breathtaking garden views. One of the staples of the area is the Denver Botanic Gardens. Five Points Neighborhood
Boundaries: The Five Points neighborhood is bordered by Park Avenue and Downing Street to Stout Street and Tremont Place. The boundaries between the Curtis Park Neighborhood, the Five Points Neighborhood and the Ballpark neighborhood sometimes overlap. The area collectively will sometimes be called ‘Curtis Park.’

About: The Five Points area is one of Denver’s most historic neighborhoods. Founded in 1860, and affectionately named ‘Five Points’ by locals as 5 main streets intersect in the heart of the neighborhood.
